Banana Nutella Rum Loaf

Banana Nutella Rum Loaf

2 to 3 very ripe bananas, peeled (about 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups mashed)
1/3 cup melted butter, unsalted
1 tsp. Baking soda
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup granulated sugar (1/2 cup if you would like it less sweet, 1 cup if more sweet)
1 large egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup (2oz. ) Of dark rum ( I used Don Q )
1/4 cup of Nutella ( slightly melt it before adding to mixture )
2 cups of all-purpose flour

Bake in a Loaf pan that has been greased and floured @350 for 60 minutes or until center is fully cooked check with a toothpick.
