1 pack or about 12 aji dulce peppers seeded and chopped
5 cups Spanish onions chopped
1 cup of garlic chopped
1 bunch of recao chopped
1 bunch of cilantro chopped
Homemade Sazon ( WITH OUT MSG )
Ingredients
1 tablespoon ground coriander.
1 tablespoon ground cumin.
1 tablespoon ground anatto seeds (achiote) or turmeric.
1 tablespoon garlic powder.
1 tablespoon kosher salt.
2 teaspoons oregano.
