Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

The only oatmeal cookie recipe you will ever need! Soft, chewy oatmeal chocolate chip cookies loaded.

1 1/2 cup of all purpose flour
1 Tsp. Baking soda
1 Tsp. Ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Sea salt
1 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
1 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup of granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla
3 cups of rolled oats
2 cups of semi sweet chocolate chips

Whisk flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt Set aside in a electric mixer vest the butter and sugar on medium-high until pale and fluffy (3 minutes)
Add eggs one at a time and beat on high for a minute then add vanilla.
Turn mixer to low add flour mixture until combined add the oats and chocolate chips and mix till combined.
Chill dough in fridge for an hour preheat oven to 350 line a baking sheet with parchment paper scoop dough and place 2โ€ apart.
Bake 10 minutes or until lightly brown but center is soft.
