Matcha Macarons

If at first you don’t succeed. Try, Try, Try again…

Matcha Macarons Filled With a Coconut Buttercream -Ingredients:
1 egg white
1/4 granulated sugar
1/4 cup of almond flour
1/3 cup of powder sugar
1 tsp. Matcha power ( I used Carrington Farms; Culinary Matcha Powder ) perfect for smoothies, cooking and baking.

Filling
1/4 cup of cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. Milk
1 Tsp. Coconut extract

Simply Follow the same Directions from my French Vanilla Macarons Recipe.
