1 egg white
1/4 granulated sugar
1/4 cup of almond flour
1/3 cup of powder sugar
1 tsp. Matcha power ( I used Carrington Farms; Culinary Matcha Powder ) perfect for smoothies, cooking and baking.
Filling
1/4 cup of cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. Milk
1 Tsp. Coconut extract

Sift the Almond flour and Matcha powder Beat your egg whites Add your sugar once egg whites beaten Pipe your mix let sit for 30 minutes or útil dry
