Stuffed Shells

I love a Simple Delicious Beautiful Dinner that takes less than an hour from start to finish. Serve with a quick Simple Garden Salad. Use my pizza recipe to make the garlic knots. Dinner served

Recipe is for 4 people ( 3-4 shells a piece )
16 shells boiled with some sea salt ( I always add a few extra Incase they break)
1 cup of Ricotta Cheese ( whole or Skim milk )
1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach a few whole leaves to line pan
1 jar of Marinara Sauce ( your choice )
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 tsp. Of sea salt
1/2 tsp. Dried sweet basil
1/2 tsp. Dry oregano
1/4 tsp granulated Garlic
Sprinkle crushed red pepper
Pepper mill for crushed black pepper.

Drain your shells, let cool.
Make your ricotta filling add the chopped spinach, 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella and all the dried ingredients mix well.

Assemble: Pour some sauce on the bottom of your pan, add some whole spinach pieces and sprinkle some mozzarella cheese. Begin stuffing your shells with about 1 Tsp. Of mixture. Line them in the pan, drizzle more sauce on top and sprinkle the rest of the cheese. Sprinkle the top with some dried basil.
Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.
