Keeping it Delicious and Light with this Warm Kale Salad & Eggs

Whether you sleep in or watch the sunrise this Breakfast or Lunch will surely keep you feeling Heathy Motivated. SautΓ© a handful of Kale in a Tsp, of olive with a pinch of S&P. Add some crushed red pepper flakes and some cumin toss set aside add some sliced mushrooms to the same skillet with some yellow sliced onions. SautΓ© till tender place your kale back in and give a final toss. Make your eggs anyway you like, sunny side, fried or scramble. Place your warm eggs on top of the kale, mushrooms and onions. Go crazy and have a slice of whole wheat toast with Plant butter . Enjoy anytime of the day. This meal will keep you energized for a few hours.
