Keeping it Delicious and Light with this Warm Kale Salad & Eggs

Whether you sleep in or watch the sunrise this Breakfast or Lunch will surely keep you feeling Heathy Motivated. Sauté a handful of Kale in a Tsp, of olive with a pinch of S&P. Add some crushed red pepper flakes and some cumin toss set aside add some sliced mushrooms to the same skillet with some yellow sliced onions. Sauté till tender place your kale back in and give a final toss. Make your eggs anyway you like, sunny side, fried or scramble. Place your warm eggs on top of the kale, mushrooms and onions. Go crazy and have a slice of whole wheat toast with Plant butter . Enjoy anytime of the day. This meal will keep you energized for a few hours.
