Sweet Thai Glazed Grilled Chops

Simple Meal Cooked in 30 Minutes Flat & on the Table. These Delicious Boneless Grilled Chops are finished with a Sweet Thai Sauce, garnished with fresh Green onions and Orange Zest .

6-8 Boneless Pork Chops
Fat Trimmed

Seasoning for the chops
1 1/2 tsp. of garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. of Coriander
1 1/2 tsp. Dark Chili Powder
1 1/2 tsp. Thai Spice Blend
1 tsp. of Cumin
1/2 tsp. of salt
1/2 tsp. of while pepper
1 tsp. Ground ginger
2 tbs. of olive oil
1/4 cup of green onions to garnish
1 large orange to Zest over the chops for more garnish

In a large bowl mix all your ingredients and the olive oil. Be sure to pat dry your chops with a paper towel and season them all. Make sure you cover each chop with the seasoning mix.

Heat your Grill I used my Ninja Indoor Grill temperature @500 for 6 minutes on each side total of 12 minutes. My grill cooked 5 at a time so total cooking time for the chops was 24 minutes for 8 chops.

While the chops were on I started some white rice in my rice cooker.
Prepared some water with salt for my broccoli.

For the Sweet Thai Glaze
In a saucepan bring to a low simmer
6 tbs. of Soy Sauce
2 tbs. of Honey
1 tbs. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. of Worcestershire Sauce
1- 1/2 tsp. of Chili Garlic Sauce
1 tsp. Hoisin Sauce
2 tbs. Brown Sugar

Once mixed all together in a low simmer add 2 tsp. of Corn Starch to thicken your Glaze mix well till Glaze is a nice consistency. If it’s too thick at water by the tsp. At a time.

Once your chops are done Brush your glaze over them and let sit for a minute.
Add a little more glaze to the chops, garnish with some green onions and zest of an orange over the top. Plate and enjoy with a side of Brown or White rice and Broccoli. Drizzle some glaze over the rice and enjoy.
